When you use our forms, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, city and state, organization, prayer request, assistance need, or message. Some details may be personal or sensitive. We ask only for the information needed to understand and respond to your request.
When you visit the site, our website services may also process basic technical information needed to operate the site, such as your device, browser, IP address, pages visited, and server logs.
How we use your information
- To respond to prayer requests, assistance requests, and general messages.
- To review needs under the ministry’s benevolence process and coordinate any assistance or resource connection.
- To communicate about outreach, speaking invitations, partnerships, or serving opportunities you ask about.
- To administer donations, keep required records, maintain the site, and protect against misuse.
We do not use the details of your prayer or assistance request for fundraising messages.
Donations through Zeffy
Donations on this site are processed through Zeffy. Information you enter in the Zeffy form is handled by Zeffy for payment processing, donor records, and receipts. Servant Ministry may receive donor and transaction information needed to administer gifts. We do not ask for payment card numbers through our contact, prayer, or assistance forms.

Security and retention
We use reasonable steps to limit access to information and protect it. No website or electronic system can guarantee complete security. We keep information as needed to respond, administer the ministry, and meet recordkeeping obligations, then remove it under our retention process.
Your choices
You may request prayer without requesting financial assistance. You may also contact us to ask about information you have submitted, request a correction, or ask that it be deleted when we are able to do so while meeting our legal and recordkeeping responsibilities.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian should contact us on behalf of a child who needs assistance or prayer.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our website or ministry processes change. The effective date above will show when the current version took effect. For privacy questions, use our Contact page and choose “General question.”
